Always include a copy of your receipt with notation including:

*Exact nature of Problem

*Corrective action you’re requesting

*Your daytime phone or Fax number and email address

All returns must be unopened and/or have the tags attached to the merchandise and a receipt within 90 days is required. Credit Card purchases will be refunded to the card with a receipt present.  If an item goes on sale or clearance, we do not do price adjustments. ALL SALE AND OR DISCOUNTINUED items are final and no refunds, credits or exchanges.  Citrus Council reserves the right to refuse return of used or damaged merchandise.  If a Gift Card was used as payment a new Gift Card will be issued in amount of purchase.
