SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When and how will my order arrive?

We make every effort to ship in-stock items approximately 2 business days after receiving your order. In store pick-up orders are ready for pick-up after you receive the generic email stating that your order has been processed. There may be times when the order is not ready until 24-48 hours after placing the order.

Orders placed from Thursday at 3pm until Monday at 10am (unless we are closed on Thursday or Monday) will be processed when we reopen the next business day.

The Council Shop uses USPS (United States Postal Service). For large, oversized packages, we use UPS or FedEx.

We are NOT going to have Next Day shipping anymore as we cannot guarantee it as we ask for 24-48 to process orders.

Please remember that the website is part of the actual Shop in Downtown Orlando so we are processing web orders, mail orders, phone orders, fax orders, and customers who have come into the shop.

 

How long will it take to receive a back-ordered item?

We do our best to process items as soon as they become available. It may take a matter of days or several weeks.

How is Shipping and Handling calculated?

Shipping and Handling is based on the total of your order. We use the same method as GSUSA. See chart below:

 Do I have to pay for additional shipping for backordered items?

You only pay for shipping one time. All backorders will be mailed out when we receive them in the store.

Will I receive a phone call or email when my order is ready?

You will receive a generic email stating that we have received your order and will begin processing it. Once we have processed your order, you will receive another generic email stating that your order has been shipped out or is ready for pick-up.
