All pre-ordered (April 2011-December 2011)Binders are in!!!!

If you want to pick up in the store, come on in!!! 

Customers with binders being shipped should start receiving them in a couple of days...you may receive a call before we ship your binder. 

 We ask that you please give us 24 to 48 hours to process your order.Please remember that we run our web store out of the retail store at the Service Center.We may run out of an item before we process your order even though your confirmation might say we had the item in stock when you placed it. We will put any item we run out of on backorder and ship it out to you as soon as it comes into the store.

We will have to charge a shipping charge of $5 per book for the Girl Guide binders!! If you paid shipping on your order (shipping is determined by your order total), we will check to see if any of that shipping charge is towards the binders.

We do not call when the order has been sent out or when it is ready for pick-up.You will receive a generic email stating that your order has been processed. After you receive the email you may come to the store to pick up you order if that is the shipping method you chose.

We send all orders out by the Postal Service and depending on how you pay, it will go out First Class (can take as much as 5-7 days sometimes).
